General Regulations

All the team at the Village would like to welcome you to the venue. So that your stay with us is as pleasurable and problem free as possible . Here are a few recomendations for you to follow:

  • As soon as you arrive make sure that you have set your watch to Local French time (ie one hour ahead of the U.K.)
  • In order to make setting up easier on pegs 14 & 15, you may go by car to the gate on the downwall behind the trout lake. There is a barrow provided for you to use. Cars should then be parked in the car park.
  • A fridge and freezer are available for you to use and are situated to the rear of the shower block.
  • Please do not enter the shower with your shoes or boots on, and afterwards please mop the floor with the squeegee ( hanging on the door ).Please give a thought for those showering after you.
  • Empty bottles should be placed in the bottle bank and your bin bags sorted and place in the enclosure near the entrance.Thank you for your co-operation.
  • Breakfasts should be ordered the evening before and will be served from 9 am to 9:30 am. The restaurant is open daily at lunch time from 12 pm to 1:30 pm and in the evening from 7:30 pm to 9 pm. PLEASE NOTE: the restaurant is closed Sunday evenings. As the restaurant can get busy we recommand that you book a table.
  • You can order bread (French sticks) in advance, these will be waiting at reception for you from 9:30 am.
  • The pegs should be vacated on Saturday morning by 9:30 am and should be left clean and tidy. No beer bottle tops or cigarette ends please.
  • Price per shower 2€.Tokens and key available at the reception.
  • Please don't feed the dogs.
  • Could you please let me know fish caught as well as the weight of the fish.
  • Please do not hesitate to call us to take pictures of the fish over 20 kg (44 lb)(even during the night).

The owners reserve the right to forbid the entrance or to exclude from the premises, without compensation, any persons causing an annoyance or disturbance to other anglers or not respecting the regulations of the establishment.

 

Rules :

  1. Access to fishing areas are strictly reserved for the anglers, once their swim has been paid for in reception.
  2. Fishing permits are not required on the lake.
  3. Dogs must be kept on the lead at all times.
  4. No loud music.
  5. No compensation for unexpected departure.
  6. Anglers are responsible for family and friends and any damage that may ensue.
  7. The owners will not be held responsible for any theft or damage to equipment or vehicles whilst on the premises.
  8. Vehicles must be driven at a walking pace.
  9. When permission is given to use the rowing boat, a life jacket must be worn at all times.

For every's pleasure, it is prohibited :

- to damage vegetation, to cut branches (for rod rets ,etc ...)
- to make fires. Barbecues are forbidden.
- to throw anything in the water.
- to relieve yourself anywhere on the premises, except in the toilets provided.
- for any hooting of car horns or general loud noise.
- to throw rubbish in the park, Dustbins are provided.
- to have a swim.
